The Urban Design Review Panel holds a formal review of the 340 Parkdale development proposal, 1:30–2:30 PM by Zoom. Members of the public may attend but may not speak. The panel expressed broad support for the revised design while raising concerns about tower height transitions and requesting refinements to podium massing and sustainability features.

Public Comment Deadline to Planner
The formal deadline for written comments to Jack Smith, Planner (Development Review), as stated in the mailed Planning Act circulation notice. This was the cutoff for inclusion in the first staff report. The deadline has now passed, though comments can still be submitted and will be considered in subsequent stages of the review.

The proposal goes before the Planning and Housing Committee. City staff will have published their recommendation report approximately one week prior. Residents can register to speak as delegations — this is the last major opportunity for public input before the matter proceeds to City Council.
